Job summary
T2 Group, a premier technology consulting and workforce solutions partner, seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to serve as the lead onsite technical anchor for a premier VIP client in Costa Mesa, CA. You will own the local IT ecosystem—driving zero-touch Microsoft Autopilot provisioning, Intune app rollouts, hardware deployments, and deep-level endpoint remediation.
This high-visibility role combines elite white-glove executive support with modern endpoint engineering.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in endpoint engineering, systems administration, or senior IT support.
- Hands-on Windows 11 administration and Microsoft 365 E5, Entra ID, and Intune/Autopilot.
- Experience with remote support tools and privileged elevations.
- Strong network troubleshooting skills (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
- Familiarity with SolarWinds for monitoring and health reporting.
- Onsite full-time commitment in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end device lifecycles via Microsoft Autopilot and Intune.
- Establish secure remote admin workflows for deep OS remediation.
- Utilize SolarWinds for real-time performance monitoring and alert triage.
- Lead local network troubleshooting and coordinate with remote Architect.
- Support Entra ID identity workflows and MFA resolution.
- Escalation lead for complex endpoint and system issues onsite.
- Provide high-touch executive support to VIP leadership.
- Maintain accurate tickets, SOPs, diagrams, and change control.
