Job summary

T2 Group is seeking a motivated Systems Engineer I to join our Engineering team in a hands-on role supporting a long-term client on-site in Costa Mesa, CA, with occasional travel to Los Angeles. The engineer will manage endpoint deployments, enroll devices via Autopilot/Intune, and troubleshoot with the remote Senior IT team.

The position emphasizes white-glove service, documentation, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, aligning with ITIL processes and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support, desktop engineering, systems administration, or endpoint management.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Autopilot device enrollment and deployment processes.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing remote support elevation tools to troubleshoot and remediate endpoints directly.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Okta, Active Directory concepts, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of IAM, MFA, endpoint security, device compliance, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent white-glove customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests while following established processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide white‑glove, Tier 1 on-site support for Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 apps, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
