Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace in large enterprise environments.
• 8+ years of overall experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Observability, or SRE.
• Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Microservices and containerized environments (Kubernetes/OpenShift)
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset

Responsibilities

• Consultation - Provides consultative direction and technical advice relating to operating systems, software and hardware infrastructure.
• Leads strategic designs, initiatives, and contributes to the analysis of new and existing Bank technologies.
• Technical Support - Leads new technologies spanning hardware platforms, different OS and database management systems.
• Project Management - Leads assigned technical projects ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Technical Expertise - Maintains knowledge to direct others on technical matters across platforms.
• Communicates technical information effectively across teams and management.
