Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Hardness Surveillance Lead and survivability engineer to support MMIII Reentry System sustainment under the Test and Assessment program. You will conduct system testing, radiation analyses, and cross-functional coordination with finance and contracts teams to ensure mission readiness.

The role requires a degree in Nuclear or Electrical Engineering, active SECRET clearance, and hands-on experience with radiation analysis and lab environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience with radiation analysis (radiation transport, activation analysis, etc.).
  • US Citizenship with active SECRET clearance.
  • Knowledge of test and lab environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual testing per the Air Force 5-year plan.
  • Conduct SGEMP and EPARTs testing.
  • Collaborate with finance and subcontracts to complete contracting efforts.
  • Prepare analysis reports for the Air Force customer.
  • Apply nuclear/electrical theory to survivability tasks.
  • Perform system-level planning, verification, validation, and risk analyses.
