Job summary

Parsons seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to provide direct technical guidance for Next Generation Missile Defense Site Integration. You will collaborate with the Integration Office Lead, customers, and external stakeholders to shape design, integration, and fielding efforts across complex systems.

You will coordinate across government and contractor teams, manage information at senior levels, and present plans and findings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years experience.
• Experience with missile defense or complex DoD system-of-systems programs.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations and with government and contractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering guidance to the Integration Office Site Integration Lead.
• Coordinate with Customer and external Stakeholders through IPTs and WGs.
• Collaborate with Electromagnetic Spectrum Management and Air Space managers.
• Assist Leadership with technical aspects of all weapon system design and integration activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, internal stakeholders, and Prime Contractors at senior levels.
• Identify gaps in weapon system design, development, integration, test, and fielding and provide mitigation options.
• Participate in program reviews, design reviews, and other technical meetings.
• Develop and present reports to senior leadership.
