Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Expert RF Hardware Engineer in Yorba Linda, CA, focused on military GPS and PNT hardware development. You will bring senior-level RF design expertise, system integration, and hands-on circuit design across hardware, analog/digital RF domains, and test environments.

The role requires deep engineering experience, familiarity with low/high frequency RF design, receivers, antennas, and a track record in defense or government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with extensive RF hardware experience.
• Minimum 7 years in RF hardware design, receivers, antennas or related field.
• Active Secret security clearance and strong written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on hardware and RF electrical engineering expertise for NS programs.
• Develop circuits and PCBA designs; create verification plans and CDRLs.
• Collaborate across SW, Systems, ME and Test teams; support reviews.
• Contribute to algorithm development, system architecture and testing for military GPS/PNT.
• Lead design reviews and participate in product development from concept to test.
• Prepare and deliver project management reports and status updates.
