Elbit America is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer to lead requirements analysis, architecture design, and systems integration across defense programs. You will drive modeling, verification, and risk management while mentoring junior engineers.

This on-site role requires 14+ years of experience, strong MBSE skills (DOORS/Cameo), and readiness to obtain security clearance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 14+ years of professional experience in systems engineering.
• Eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Advanced DOORS requirements management training preferred.
• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirements management, analysis, and allocations on complex systems design.
• Lead complex systems level architecture design and system modeling.
• Lead cost estimates to support engineering activities.
• Execute program leadership and provide technical direction.
• Develop system specifications, master test plans, and artifacts.
• Mentor entry level engineers and support transition to production.
