Job summary

A defense technology company is seeking a talented Senior Systems Engineer to join their team. This role focuses on supporting the LTAMDS and GhostEye Radars, working through the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing requirements, leading testing efforts, troubleshooting issues, and performing data analysis. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in a STEM field and at least five years of engineering experience, along with an active U.S. security clearance. This position is based in Tewksbury, Andover, or Marlborough MA.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and algorithms, concepts of operations, and define system interfaces.
• Lead testing efforts, developing and implementing test plans.
• Conduct troubleshooting and detailed data analysis.
