Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA, seeks a Systems Engineer II to join the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars Department. You will support radar data analysis, system integration tasks, and customer engagements, working with cross‑functional teams to deliver verification, validation, and performance assessments.

Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years' experience; proficient in MATLAB, Python, C/C++, Linux/Unix; RF hardware knowledge and HWIL testing.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux, Unix, and/or other programming.
• Experience using String/HWIL test equipment, RF electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations, and integrating or regression testing radar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support integration and test planning/execution, verification/validation events, regression testing, and scenario-based analysis.
• Support system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirements compliance.
• Execute integration plans and testing activities according to milestones and schedules.
• Integrate and test radar system software builds in a String/HWIL facility for testing and data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-program leads to generate test approaches and ensure test readiness.
