Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science.
• 4+ years in large-scale systems engineering, integration, and development programs.
• 2+ years leading a team in developing and managing technical specs, ICDs, CONOPS, architectures, and test plans.
• Experience leading requirements and interface management for a major program.
• Experience coordinating and presenting technical changes across stakeholders via review boards, including config control or engineering review.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of IEEE 15288.1/15288.2 systems engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate, and manage TRDs, ICDs, and MBSE products.
• Provide technical advice to senior program managers and executives on space system design and test issues.
• Perform systems engineering and program management in design reviews, evaluations, and verification.
• Analyze problems, generate technical reports, and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with government and corporate stakeholders to implement recommended solutions.
• Contribute to acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.
