Boeing is hiring Model-Based Systems Engineers to join the SEIT Team in Berkeley, MO. You will shape system requirements, guide integration and verification activities, and influence architecture to meet operational needs.

Join a multidisciplinary group driving MBSE across domains and collaborating with customers and management. Positions range from Experienced to Lead levels, with responsibilities including SOW development, performance metrics, and technical leadership on complex aerospace

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience.
• 3+ years of systems engineering experience including design, decomposition, requirements, analysis, verification and validation.
• Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML.

Responsibilities

• Support/lead system architecture development and decomposition using MBSE to define interfaces, functions, and allocation across multiple domains.
• Maintain alignment within the EMVF team and with suppliers and customers; identify obstacles and remove them as a team.
• Support/lead the program in implementing MBSE as part of the broader digital engineering ecosystem.
• Support/lead development and provide quality review for EVMF deliverables with other engineering teams.
• Support/lead management in maintaining cost, schedule, risks, issues, opportunities, and technical baselines for the EVMF effort.
