Job summary

The Boeing Company in Hazelwood, MO is seeking a Lead Systems Engineer (Level 4) to guide architecture development across program IPTs and drive model-based design from initial concept through verification. You will manage requirements, interfaces, and behaviors while coordinating with the MBSE team to implement open architecture standards.

Travel up to 10% may be required; U.S. Secret Clearance and Special Program Access are prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• 7+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in MSOSA (Magic Systems of Systems Architecture).
• Experience in system engineering, including system architecture, requirements and interface development and allocation, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the system architecture development across program IPTs to meet program commitments.
• Define and maintain segment requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and verification requirements.
• Apply MBSE practices to meet customer digital engineering requirements.
• Integrate the segment with other Weapon System segments and deliver the integrated segment architecture model.
• Establish traceability between tools within the Digital Engineering Environment and implement open architecture standards.
