Job summary

Lockheed Martin RMS in Mount Laurel, NJ seeks a full-time Systems Engineer to participate in design, development, integration, and testing of DoD products and technologies. You will apply MBSE to define and mature system architecture and generate requirements and SysML diagrams.

Requirements include a STEM bachelor’s, 5 years experience (or 3 with a Master’s), SysML tools (Rhapsody, Cameo), and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM field.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience or 3 years with a Masters Degree.
• Basic knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), system architecture definition, system/subsystem design, and/or requirements development.
• Basic knowledge of SysML modeling tools such as Rhapsody and Cameo.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance at the SECRET level - US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and test DoD products and technologies.
• Use MBSE to define and maintain system architecture for new and existing capabilities.
• Create requirements and SysML diagrams to enable development and assessment of capabilities.
• Identify and address system and software defects and decompose complex problems.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
