Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Colorado Springs is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to decompose high-level requirements into L2/L3 specifications and support MBSE activities on the EADGE-T program for the UAE customer.

You will work in an agile team, use SysML and Cameo, participate in design reviews, and conduct trade studies. Occasional travel OCONUS and an active Secret DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Systems engineering experience within requirements, verification, and validation
• Significant experience with requirement decomposition from L1/A Spec to L2/B Spec requirements
• Experience with DOORS or another requirements management tool
• Experience preparing for and participating in engineering design reviews (SRR, SDR, etc.)
• Experience designing and executing trade studies/analysis of alternatives
• Ability to travel OCONUS
• Ability to obtain a Secret DoD Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Decompose higher-level requirements from L1/A Spec to L2/B Spec
• Use DOORS Next to track requirements
• Participate in engineering design reviews
• Design/execute trade studies/analysis of alternatives
• Perform requirements verification
• Participate in System Architecture activities
• Use Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools like SysML and Cameo
