The role requires 8+ years of IT experience, CCNA/VMware/Microsoft 365 or Azure certs, and the ability to mentor junior staff. Expect a collaborative, data-driven environment with ongoing training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant IT experience or equivalent VC3 experience.
• CCNA, VMware, or Microsoft 365/Azure certifications highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of IT concepts, issues, practices, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow 'The VC3 Way' to produce predictable results.
• Receive and respond to escalated service requests, incidents and change requests promptly.
• Mentor lower tier technical team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networks, servers, and remote access.
• Create and update documentation when changes occur.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
