Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors in Camarillo, CA invites a Senior Systems Engineer to lead programs in the development and production of focal plane arrays. You will coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines to ensure all requirements are met and tackle complex issues with experience and judgment.

This role requires strong documentation, model development, design trade studies, verification planning, and close collaboration with customers.

Qualifications

• Clear, well-written documentation is required.
• Strong analysis of engineering test data and results.
• Ability to present technical information to teams and customers.
• Ability to assimilate complex information independently.
• Collaborative skills in a team environment.
• Focus on process standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience leading failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Hands-on testing and debugging experience.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, MATLAB).
• Background in imaging systems, semiconductors, optics, or cryogenic testing.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
