Job summary

Teledyne Imaging Sensors is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical activities on focal plane array programs, coordinating with disciplines to meet requirements and validate designs. You will develop models, perform trade studies, and support test activities while engaging with customers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering/Physics with 10+ years in imaging or related industries, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in programming languages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in imaging, aerospace, semiconductor, or similar industry.
• Experience leading failure analysis and root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Function as program technical lead coordinating with multiple disciplines.
• Serve as point of contact for customers and review requirements.
• Develop, maintain, and validate models and simulations.
• Perform design trade studies and develop verification/test plans.
• Support test activities and review data.
• Document clear, well-written technical reports and presentations.
• Lead root cause investigations and continuous process improvement.
