Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on EO/IR system development experience.
• Experience with requirements/specification development and RVTMs.
• Exposure to system design, analysis, or integration/test in active or passive sensing.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and analyze EO/IR test systems for SBIR products.
• Lead a team of Systems Engineers across development activities.
• Support product integration, characterization, verification and validation.
• Present concepts and results to customers and document them clearly.
