Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple engineering projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring high-quality product development.
• Drive project milestones, budgets, deliverables, and quality objectives while communicating status through processes, tools, and metrics.
• Maintain active risk management plans for schedule, technical, supplier, and program-related issues; engage stakeholders to mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership to engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle per the Design Control Process.
• Partner with Product Management to define project requirements and manage changes to baselines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and leadership to achieve development objectives and manufacturing goals.
• Support project planning efforts, including resource allocation, prioritization, scheduling, forecasting, and estimation.
• Assist in development and management of departmental budgets.
• Support proposal activities and maintain project scope estimates for future development opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
