Qualifications

• Experience leading complex engineering programs in imaging, aerospace, or semiconductors.
• Strong ability to generate clear technical documentation.
• Proficient in organizing and interpreting engineering test data.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigations.
• Experience in process standardization and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Function as program technical lead
