Job summary

A technology solutions provider is seeking a Systems Engineer who will serve as the technical backbone for IFS application infrastructure. This role involves server and database administration, as well as client advisory. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and at least 3 years of IT systems experience. The position allows for remote work with some travel required. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems and network administration.
• Experience as an IFS external consultant (3+ years preferred).
• Certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, or Linux are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage both physical and virtual servers.
• Maintain server performance, availability, and scalability.
• Administer Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Install and manage Oracle Databases.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
