Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Senior IFS Systems Administrator to own the technical operations of our IFS managed services practice. This hands-on, player-coach role focuses on keeping IFS environments healthy and patched, with leadership in incident response and deployments.

Remote and U.S.-based, with Eastern Time preferred; 8+ years in enterprise systems, ITAR eligibility required. Base salary ranges $155,000–$175,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise systems and infrastructure administration
• Hands-on production Kubernetes experience
• Experience operating IFS Cloud in remote, self-managed deployment
• Familiarity with IFS Connect and REST/SOAP services
• Strong Oracle DB (RMAN, backups, DR)
• Experience leading major incidents and RCA

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain IFS Cloud environments in remote deployments and managed setups
• administer Oracle databases behind IFS including RMAN backups and DR
• manage IFS Lifecycle Experience and Build Place deployments to Use Place environments
• administer IFS application layer, security, and access controls
• lead incidents (P1/P2) and coordinate with stakeholders
• maintain integrations and APIs (IFS Connect, REST/SOAP)
• drive automation and maintain runbooks
• participate in after-hours on-call rotation
