Job summary

Environmental Air Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced IFS Cloud technical lead to guide implementation, go-live, stabilization, and ongoing support. You will own the technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, and development standards.

You will review solutions from partners, design integrations with other enterprise systems, govern data migration and security, oversee releases and upgrades, and mentor IFS admins and developers while driving automation, scalability, and

Qualifications

7+ years of ERP technical experience with enterprise applications.
3+ years with IFS Applications or IFS Cloud preferred.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of ERP integrations, data migration, security, environments, and release management.
Experience with SQL, REST APIs, middleware, or related integration technologies.
Understanding of Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain processes.
Strong troubleshooting, architecture, documentation, and vendor-management skills.
Ability to communicate with technical teams, business users, senior leadership, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary technical lead and SME for IFS Cloud throughout implementation and support.
Own IFS technical architecture, environment strategy, integrations, and development standards.
Review and approve technical solutions proposed by partners and vendors.
Design and support integrations between IFS and other enterprise systems.
Establish standards for configurations, reports, integrations, and customizations.
Oversee data migration, interfaces, and system conversions.
Lead IFS security design, permissions, access controls, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
Oversee release management, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
Troubleshoot complex application, integration, data, and performance issues.
Establish technical documentation, support procedures, governance, and change-management standards.
Partner with business process owners to translate functional requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
Mentor and provide technical direction to IFS administrators, developers, and other resources.
Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary customization and improve automation, scalability, and maintainability.
