Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree required.
• 3+ years in engineering, software or systems support.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016+ and Windows 10+.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Understanding of IT networking and cybersecurity basics.
• Experience with PLC I/O and industrial data networks.

Responsibilities

• Support architecture and infrastructure sustainment across multiple locations.
• Test and deploy quarterly application upgrades.
• Perform quarterly server patching and validation.
• Provide application and system support for planned and unplanned events.
• Troubleshoot issues across applications, servers, PCs, and networks.
• Support Windows Server administration and related infra activities.
• Assist with networking, security, and access-control tasks.
• Support system change-point activities with traceability.
• Participate in software testing and system validation activities.
• Document issues, solutions, and system changes.
