Job summary

Motive Companies, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead enterprise IT across multi-site manufacturing environments. The role reports to the IT leadership and drives complex infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, and enterprise technology projects.

Responsibilities include Tier 3 escalation support, design and migration leadership, and hands-on administration of hybrid Azure/AWS and on-premises systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience.
• 7+ years enterprise IT experience delivering and supporting complex systems.
• 5+ years hands-on Microsoft Azure administration experience.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Defender and Exchange.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, hybrid identity, and Windows Server up to 2022.
• Experience designing hybrid, multi-forest, multi-tenant, and multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 escalation point for complex hardware, software, endpoint, identity, and infrastructure issues.
• Lead system migrations, upgrades, and modernization projects from design through handoff.
• Design and support hybrid environments across Azure, AWS, M365, VMware, and on-premises infra.
• Administer Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, identity governance, and least-privilege controls.
• Support Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, and other M365 services.
• Manage Windows 10/11 endpoints and Windows Server environments through Server 2022.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, virtualization, and hybrid identity.
• Design and support firewalls, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, wireless APs, Fortinet equipment.
