Job summary

Intuit is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Delivery team supporting Mailchimp’s sending infrastructure. You will own the health of a high-throughput platform, from Linux hosts to deployment pipelines, and manage AWS-based MTA services and supporting tooling.

You should be a self-directed engineer with strong AWS, CI/CD, IaC, and monitoring experience, focused on reliability and scalability across time zones, with AI-enabled tooling guiding daily work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years engineering experience with systems/infrastructure
• Strong Linux administration and production troubleshooting
• Experience with AWS compute, networking, autoscaling, and cost-aware operations

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate AWS cloud infrastructure for sending platform
• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible/Puppet)
• Configure containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor, diagnose, and respond to fleet and delivery incidents
• Collaborate with engineers to improve deployment methods and reliability
