Qualifications

• Experience applying systems engineering processes across the full lifecycle (concept through test and integration).
• Proven ability to lead design teams on fast-paced development and prototyping.
• MBSE artifacts review and interface control document interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware integration during the Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction phase.
• Develop requirements and traceability for integrated assemblies.
• Review MBSE artifacts to ensure alignment with technical baseline.
• Oversee verification and validation strategy for hardware assemblies.
• Plan and execute hardware–software integration and lab activities.
• Perform analyses to support design decisions and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, manufacturing, test, ops, logistics teams.
• Review system engineering documents for assigned hardware products.
• Provide guidance to engineers and represent program in reviews.
