Job summary

RealmOne seeks a Level 5 System Engineer in Columbia, MD to lead systems engineering for mission-critical contracts. The role requires extensive SE experience and active polygraph clearance, delivering work products across ISO/IEC 15288 areas.

You will supervise engineers and technicians, analyze design options, and brief stakeholders on progress and technical decisions for successful mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Systems Engineering experience in complex projects.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO/IEC 15288 processes and engineering standards.
• Ability to analyze alternatives and recommend to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities and assist in preparing work products per ISO/IEC 15288.
• Develop and deliver work products across Project and Technical Process Areas.
• Lead contractor systems engineering activities and supervise engineers/technicians.
• Analyze and propose appropriate engineering standards and processes.
• Brief stakeholders and present status of technical aspects.
• Independently decide on engineering issues and methodologies for projects.
