Job summary

RealmOne in Columbia, MD is seeking a Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. The role involves analyzing requirements, debugging, and contributing to system design, with emphasis on performance and data handling.

Qualifications

No demonstrated experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Experience with C++ and Python.
Experience with development in a Linux environment.
Experience with DSP/RF is desired.

Responsibilities

Develops, maintains, and enhances complex software systems based on documented requirements.
Reviews and tests software components for adherence to design requirements.
Resolves software problem reports and documents test results.
Provides input to system design including hardware/software tradeoffs and reuse.
Develops data queries for databases or data repositories.
