Your effort and expertise are crucial to the success and execution of this impactful mission. This opportunity supports an Enterprise IT contract with a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, Junior Engineers, Telecommunication Technical Analysts and System Administrators, responsible for the architecture, engineering, integration, operations, maintenance and sustainment of multi-level Enterprise IT environment.

• We are looking for a dedicated Systems Engineer to join our team, ensuring the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission-critical systems. You will perform Level 1 restoration using documented Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Confluence sites, and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless system functionality. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, rotating monthly between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, to support 24/7 mission operations. The System Engineer 0 shall possess the following capabilities

• Perform Level 1 restoration using SOPs.
• Use Confluence sites and historical tickets to restore system.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

• A Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Pay Range: 95,000-130,000
