• 7+ yrs enterprise data center and server experience
• 7+ yrs enterprise Windows administration
• 7+ yrs Microsoft infrastructure technologies (DNS, DHCP, DFS) across multiple data centers
• 7+ yrs backup and recovery systems
• 7+ yrs enterprise network monitoring
• 5+ yrs Microsoft Exchange or equivalent
• 5+ yrs Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop or VMware Horizons
• 5+ yrs SPAM filtering systems
• 4+ yrs data center virtualization
• 3+ yrs SQL administration
• 2+ yrs load balancers
• 2+ yrs managing Azure Active Directory
• 1+ yr SIEM (Alert Logic or similar)
• 1+ yr Nexpose/Rapid7 vulnerability scanners
• CISSP certification
• IT banking
• Linux support and administration
• Compliance procedures knowledge
• PMI certification or project management skills
• Vulnerability management and server automation tools

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support of servers and systems; remote support; include AD, Citrix, SQL, file servers; Exchange Online in hybrid
• Coordinate, plan and communicate IT projects; document changes to server systems
• Manage vendors for outsourced services and projects
• Design/implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity; participate in DR exercises
• Collaborate with Network, Systems, Applications teams for server support
• Maintain security policies and procedures
• On-call support for infrastructure
• Plan preventive maintenance, upgrades, patch and firmware
• Collaborate with end users and IT staff
• Develop/monitor/report security performance metrics
• Identify non-compliance and suggest remediation
• Stay updated on IT security regulations
• Occasional travel; ensure no repeat security findings
• Other duties as assigned
