Job summary

Five Star Bank is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to serve as the primary Level 3 resource for enterprise systems. You will manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, and related security controls, while mentoring staff and coordinating with vendors.

You will lead projects, improve automation, and ensure regulatory compliance and disaster recovery readiness in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or closely related field and/or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of progressive professional information technology experience, including enterprise systems administration and advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Entra ID, AD, and Windows Server.
• Serve as primary Level 3 escalation resource for identity, endpoints, and servers; perform root-cause analysis.
