Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or 5+ years IT experience (3+ in a support role).
• Experience in disaster recovery/business continuity design and testing.
• Ability to evaluate and deploy new technology and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities; strong time-management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank's IT network and operations; ensure reliable service across branches.
• Troubleshoot banking software/hardware and coordinate with MSPs.
• Maintain IT security, policies, and disaster recovery planning.
• Develop strategic IT plans and hardware procurement needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT projects.
