Job summary

RADAR is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer responsible for end-to-end ownership of system-level inventory features. You will lead problem solving, analyze test data, write requirements, and coordinate releases to ensure high-quality customer deliveries.

You will collaborate with Hardware, Software, System Test, Product, and Design teams, own testing across RFID sensors, control software, mobile apps and cloud analytics, and drive features from design through to customer release.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or any equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience working on integrated hardware, firmware and software sensors or products.
• Strong data analysis skills with Python and SQL.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Ownership: be the go-to expert for your feature and influence its definition, design and execution.
• System Analysis: assess RFID data across stores and test spaces using Python/SQL; monitor field performance in BigQuery.
• Requirements: write detailed, testable requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Validation: collaborate with System Test to validate designs against requirements and ensure quality across subsystems.
• Triage and Debug: lead root-cause analysis and solution discussions with engineers.
• Leadership: align Hardware/Software, System Test, Product and Design teams for feature design and release.
• Release Planning: determine go/no-go for customer releases and communicate validation plans to leadership.
