Job summary

STR is seeking a Senior RF Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and implement advanced multi-function RF systems. You will collaborate with senior engineers on projects involving radar and EW/RF convergence and will contribute across design, analysis, development, testing, and fielding.

The role requires knowledge of RF components, analog/digital signal processing, SDRs, FPGA firmware/hardware, embedded processors, and systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of applicable experience; Master’s degree considered
• Strong knowledge of RF systems, radar, and EW concepts
• Experience delivering development hardware and test plans

Responsibilities

• Define and develop RF hardware systems from requirements to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret system requirements
• Design hardware, select RF components, and justify decisions with RF analyses
• Support assembly, integration, and testing, including test plans and checkouts
