Job summary

Erias Ventures seeks a Senior System Engineer to analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and lead design and development activities. You will guide stakeholders, perform feasibility assessments, and ensure technical integrity from concept to deployment.

The role demands extensive SE experience, DoDAF and SOA expertise, and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Strong leadership and communication are essential for collaboration with government overseers and executives.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of Systems Engineer experience in programs of similar scope and complexity.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering or related discipline; additional SE experience may substitute.
• Top-Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and DoDAF-based architectures to deliver production systems.
• Develop SE documentation such as System Engineering Plans and Requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration, testing, and assessment activities.
• Coordinate cross-discipline action items and reviews with stakeholders across the lifecycle.
