Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required and 20 years of SE experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale government programs with systems engineering disciplines.
• Strong ability to lead requirements formulation, interfaces, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements ensuring DoDAF, SOA, and enterprise architectures compatibility.
• Contribute to System Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Support development of system, functional, and allocated requirements across hardware, software, facilities, and personnel.
• Coordinate cross-discipline action items from reviews, test events, and program reviews.
• Lead integration of requirements, design, and technology across hardware/software systems.
• Define verification methods and criteria to validate system performance.
