Job summary

Erias Ventures is seeking a System Engineer to analyze user requirements, develop system architecture, and provide technical leadership for DoD-grade systems. You will translate requirements into specifications, guide design and integration, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration across teams, rigorous documentation, and adherence to DoDAF/SOA standards. A Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+).
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into system specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations, and high level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design, development, and integration activities for production systems.
• Guide stakeholders; conduct feasibility studies; provide technical leadership.
• Develop system architecture and related documentation; ensure DoDAF/SOA alignment.
• Interact with government personnel on technical considerations and risk.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to address action items and verify requirements.
