Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC seeks a Senior System Engineer to analyze user requirements and lead system design, architecture, and integration efforts for DoD-related programs. You will guide feasibility studies, develop technical plans, and ensure architectural integrity across projects.

The role requires deep systems engineering expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to interact with government overseers and executives to deliver complex solutions.

Qualifications

• 14 years of SE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Five additional SE years may substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements to ensure delivery aligns with defined architecture (DoDAF/SOA).
• Develop System Engineering Plans, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate action items from CCB meetings and design reviews.
• Provide technical direction for development, interfacing, integration, and testing.
