Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (SE V) to support the Ground Segment Integration (GSI) IPT on a DoD SATCOM project in Colorado Springs. The role blends hands-on systems engineering with integration and verification activities in an MBSE/Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has senior SE experience on DoD/aerospace programs, strong requirements development skills, and an active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• Senior-level systems engineering experience on DoD or aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

• Support GSI engineering and verification activities.
• Develop and maintain GSI requirements, verification products, test procedures and scripts.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve integration and verification issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support engineering process improvements.
