Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer IV to support the DoD SATCOM ground systems program in Colorado Springs. You will own defined C2 scope, coordinate activities across multiple teams, and develop requirements, architecture artifacts, and interfaces to enable mission-critical command and control capabilities.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility, and a strong background in systems engineering lifecycle processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Systems/Aerospace/Electrical/Computer/Software).
• 6+ years in systems engineering for DoD or aerospace programs.
• Experience with requirements development, architecture products, interface management, or system integration.
• Experience coordinating technical activities across engineering teams.
• Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication, briefing, and technical writing skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI eligibility.

ENGINEER IV – SYSTEMS ENGINEER

OVERVIEW

Integrity Communications Solutions (Integrity) is seeking a Systems Engineer IV (SE IV) to support the Command and Control (C2) Team on a Department of Defense (DoD) satellite communications (SATCOM) ground systems program. The C2 Team supports command and control capability development, requirements management, architecture alignment, interface definition, and integration activities supporting resilient SATCOM Ground operations. The selected candidate will own defined C2 engineering scope and coordinate technical activities across multiple teams while supporting delivery of mission-critical command and control capabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 6+ years of systems engineering experience supporting complex DoD or aerospace programs
• Experience supporting requirements development, architecture products, interface management, or system integration
• Experience coordinating technical activities across engineering teams
• Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes
• Strong communication, briefing, and technical writing skills
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience supporting SATCOM, Ground Segment, or Command and Control programs
• Familiarity with Cameo Systems Modeler and MBSE methodologies
• Experience with IBM DOORS or equivalent requirements management tools
• Experience supporting engineering reviews and technical baseline activities
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering process improvements

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000annually (based on experience and qualifications)
