Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (SE V) in Colorado Springs to support the DoD SATCOM ground systems program. The role blends hands-on engineering with cross-team leadership to deliver resilient SATCOM capabilities for mission execution.

The successful candidate will work within an MBSE and Agile environment, coordinating across IPTs and stakeholders to ensure traceability, integration, and system interoperability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Senior-level systems engineering experience on DoD, aerospace, or mission-critical programs.
• Experience with system integration, interface management, and baseline activities.
• Understanding of SE lifecycle processes: requirements, integration, verification, risk management.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of briefing stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support C2 systems engineering and integration across multiple IPTs.
• Contribute to requirements, architectures, interfaces, APIs, and technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate with engineering, cyber, and operations teams to resolve cross-system issues.
• Support trade studies, architecture evaluations, and integration planning.
• Contribute to engineering reviews and baseline activities (SRR, SFR, PERB).
• Facilitate technical working groups and integration forums.
• Develop artifacts for integration, traceability, and verification.
• Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements.
• Provide technical recommendations to program leadership and customers.
