Job summary

Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer IV to support the DoD SATCOM ground systems program.

You will own C2 scope, manage interfaces, and coordinate across teams to deliver critical command and control capabilities. The role requires an Active DoD Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a strong systems engineering background, and experience in architecture, requirements, and integration activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD or aerospace programs and requirements management.
• Strong communication, briefing, and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own defined C2 requirements, architecture, or integration scope areas.
• Coordinate technical activities across C2 and supporting teams.
• Develop and maintain requirements, architecture artifacts, interfaces, and roadmaps.
• Support cross-system integration planning and execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
