Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC is seeking a System Engineer to analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and lead design and integration activities for DoD-focused programs. The role includes developing architecture docs, coordinating with government stakeholders, and ensuring technical integrity of all deliverables.

Candidates should have 14 years of SE experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and an active DoD 8570 certification. Travel is required, and a competitive package is offered.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years of SE experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
• Active IAT II CWIP / DoD 8570 compliant cert (i.e., Security+).
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities; guide users in formulating requirements and feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation; plan verification activities.
• Interact with Government stakeholders and ensure technical integrity of work and deliverables.
