Job summary

BCT LLC in Maryland seeks a System Engineer III with active TS/SCI w/Poly. The role is based in Laurel/Annapolis Junction and involves leading system requirements, architecture, and DoD-standard practices to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of complex systems.

You will guide DoDAF-based designs, manage requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, and produce engineering documentation while interfacing with government and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE required; DoD domain expertise preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in system engineering or related discipline; substitution allowed with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure delivery of production systems.
• Develop system design documentation and DoDAF/SOA-based architectures.
• Coordinate action items from reviews and maintain system integrity across lifecycle.
• Provide technical direction for integration, testing and verification activities.
