Job summary

Power3 Solutions is hiring a Sr. System Engineer in Laurel, MD. The role focuses on analyzing requirements, developing system architectures, and leading design and integration efforts for DoD-related systems with TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph prerequisites.

You will guide requirements derivation, document system engineering plans, and coordinate with government stakeholders to ensure technical integrity and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Some hands-on System Administration experience with Linux.
• Flexible to support small mission group.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, concepts of operations, and architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities and provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system design solutions and documentation, and plan verification activities for DoD systems.
• Coordinate cross-discipline action items from reviews, program and test events, and interfaces.
• Develop DoD architecture artifacts and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Define verification criteria and evaluation methods for system components.
