Job summary

BCT LLC is seeking a System Engineer III in Laurel/Annapolis Junction to support DoD architectures and complex hardware/software integration. The role requires an active TS/SCI with poly and a track record in systems engineering leadership.

The candidate will analyze requirements, develop system architecture, and prepare engineering plans and documentation while coordinating with government stakeholders and program offices to ensure mission success.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Twenty (20) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope.
• Bachelor's degree as specified.

Responsibilities

• Manage system requirements to ensure production systems align with the defined architecture (DoDAF, SOA).
• Contribute to development of System Engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software systems including requirements elicitation and functional allocation.
• Coordinate resolution of action items from meetings and design reviews requiring cross-discipline coordination.
