Job summary

Themis Insight, LLC is hiring a Senior System Engineer in Laurel, MD. The role involves analyzing requirements, leading design and development activities, and guiding systems engineering across the life cycle. Candidates must have TS/SCI with Polygraph and substantial DoD SE experience.

Responsibilities include developing system architectures, integrating requirements, and coordinating with government personnel to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of production systems.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience in programs of similar scope.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management; 5 additional SE years may substitute for degree.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and high level architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Provide technical leadership for integration and validation of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop system design documentation and architecture descriptions for DoD-style programs.
• Coordinate cross-discipline actions in reviews, test planning, and action item follow-ups.
