Job summary

Serco is seeking an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD programs at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires a Top-Secret clearance with SCI/SAP access and extensive DoD security engineering expertise.

You will evaluate electronics, collaborate with labs, and guide program protection for critical information. The position emphasizes reverse engineering assessment, acquisition support, and system-level risk analysis, with travel up to CONUS.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 20+ years DoD/system security engineering experience
• 3+ years SAP or SCI experience within last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and anti-tamper methods for weapon systems
• Assess integrated circuitry, processors and memory for reverse engineering susceptibility
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions including RFP development and oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Assess capabilities to meet system design requirements and specs
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry partners on vulnerabilities and exploitable weaknesses
• Identify technologies to protect CPI for program protection
• Work with DoD Anti-Tamper Evaluation Teams to understand designs and vulnerabilities
• Improve anti-tamper/anti-exploitation design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in testing of systems/subsystems/components
• Perform performance, supportability, schedule and risk assessments, and trade studies
• Create and maintain security classification guides for the DoD AT community
