Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks an SME Anti-Tamper Engineer to support DoD AT initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role focuses on systems security engineering for new and legacy weapons systems, with emphasis on tamper resistance and critical program information protection.

Requirements include a TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility, a Master’s in engineering, and extensive DoD experience. Travel up to 10% CONUS is expected, with opportunities to influence national defense programs.

Qualifications

• Active TOP-SECRET clearance with SCI/SAP eligibility
• Master's degree in engineering
• Minimum 20 years DoD/government/contractor experience
• Minimum 3 years SAP or SCI experience in the last 5 years
• Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS)

Responsibilities

• Apply DoD systems security engineering process and program protection planning for weapons systems
• Assess integrated circuitry and determine reverse engineering methodologies
• Provide engineering support for technology acquisitions, including RFPs and oversight
• Review contractor proposals for design feasibility and system compatibility
• Collaborate with DoD labs and industry on vulnerabilities and protective measures
• Identify technologies and improvements to protect CPI and support AT teams
• Develop security classification guides for the DoD AT community
• Assist efforts to strengthen anti-tamper design, development, and sustainment
• Evaluate system test plans and participate in subsystem testing
• Conduct risk assessments and scheduling trade-off studies
• Maintain security documents and classification guides for AT programs
